Incredible Physics Balls Privacy Policy

The Incredible Physics Balls development team (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy applies to the iOS and Android versions of the game.

1. Data we process

• Account: username, optional email, salted one-way password hash, and session tokens.
• Game: cloud progress, shards, season pass, leaderboard scores, in-game mail, feedback, and contact details you submit voluntarily.
• Purchases: product and store transaction identifiers or purchase tokens, platform, time, and fulfillment status. Apple or Google processes payment credentials; we do not receive full payment-card details.
• Ads and device: Google Mobile Ads may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device/app information, ad interactions, and diagnostics. Where required, Google UMP obtains your privacy choices before ad requests; the iOS system tracking choice takes precedence.

Sign in with Apple: If you use this option, we store Apple's user identifier and an encrypted refresh token to associate your game account and revoke authorization. We do not request your Apple name or email. Deleting your account revokes Apple authorization and removes this association.

2. Why we use data

We use data to create and secure accounts, sync progress, operate rankings and support, verify and fulfill purchases, prevent fraud and duplicate fulfillment, provide and measure ads, troubleshoot, and secure the service.

3. Sharing

We share relevant data only as needed with Apple App Store, Google Play, Google AdMob/UMP, and our hosting provider, or when legally required. We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention and security

Account and cloud game data is kept while the account exists. Following deletion, directly account-linked credentials, email, cloud progress, rankings, feedback, and mail are removed. Purchase records are de-identified and retained for refund auditing and duplicate-transaction prevention. We use HTTPS, password hashing, access controls, and server-side purchase verification.

Google sign-in on Android: we verify the Google ID token and retain only the stable Google account identifier to link your game account. We do not store Google profile names, avatars, email addresses, or Google access/refresh tokens. Deleting your game account removes this link; you can also remove the app connection in your Google Account settings.

5. Your choices

• Delete your account in Settings → Account, or use the web deletion page.
• Where applicable, review ad choices through “Ad privacy options” in settings; iOS tracking permission can also be changed in system settings.
• For access, correction, or privacy questions, contact us through Settings → Feedback in the game.

6. Children

The game is not specifically directed to children. Where local law requires parental consent, a parent or guardian should provide it. We delete children's personal data discovered to have been collected without appropriate consent.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as features or legal requirements change. The latest date is shown above, and material changes will be communicated appropriately in the app.
